Yesim and Serkan moved to the US in 2018. They established and run Yesim’s Kitchen , a catering company located in Waltham MA since 2019.
They created the "DOLMA" a restaurant & catering company with a menu inspired by Mediterranean, and Local cuisine.
The menu of Dolma is a large selection of small plates ( meze ) that are designed to be shared as well as other items from the Mediterranean coast of Turkey and beyond where owners had lived and visited.
New dishes are created constantly with a good balance of familiarity and unknown,new.
